He has gray hair, a full gray beard, and unknown eye color. He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and brown pants. Mr. Cathey was last seen on foot on July 14, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the 6600 block of East Baywood Avenue in Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona.
