Description:
At 147 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles south of Whigham to 8 miles south of
Thomasville to 12 miles east of Monticello. Movement was east at 45
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Valdosta, Thomasville, Lake Park, Cairo, Quitman, Boston, Ochlocknee,
I-75 At Exit 16, Remerton, Dasher, Barwick, Alma, Dillon, Everett,
Pinetta, Rocky Hill, Calvary, Lovett, Princes Still, and Empress.
