Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 7.5 feet Sunday, June 21. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by Monday morning at 930 AM CDT.
