Illinois River at Henry affecting Putnam and Marshall Counties. Illinois River near Havana affecting Cass, Fulton and Mason Counties. .The following forecasts are based on observed precipitation, soil moisture conditions, and forecast precipitation. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Illinois River at Henry. * WHEN...From Monday afternoon to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Water begins to affect the marina in Henry along with minor flooding of land adjacent to the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 22.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.1 feet tomorrow evening.
