Rock River at Moline affecting Rock Island and Henry IL Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Rock River near Joslin. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Water affects some summer cottages along the river. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling to 7.3 feet by Monday, June 22. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. The next statement will be issued by late tonight at 130 AM CDT.
