* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in the most vulnerable low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways along Passamaquoddy Bay. * WHERE...Coastal Washington County. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 1 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Water will begin to approach the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and piers. Low-lying causeways will have some minor splash-over, but inundation is not expected. Areas most prone to flooding from a southeasterly flow are the most likely to experience any flooding.
