For the James River...including Galena, Boaz...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...James River at Galena. * WHEN...Until late tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Flood waters reach the second window level of the restrooms at the James River Outfitter Canoe Park area. (938.5 FT MSL) * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 13.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 17.5 feet just after midnight tonight.
