Description:
At 309 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 14 miles west of
Roy, or 17 miles southeast of Wagon Mound, moving southeast at 25
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Roy, Chicosa Lake State Park and Solano.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
