expected in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to midnight EDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Brief minor flooding of the more vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Water levels will be close to minor coastal
flood benchmarks during the nighttime high tide cycles through
Wednesday.
