South Central Hays County in south central Texas... * Until 1000 AM CDT. * At 814 AM CDT, Emergency management reported water rescues, numerous low water crossing closures and thunderstorms that had produce heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
