Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
county, Kendall.
* WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Water
over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1037 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain due to earlier thunderstorms. Flooding
is already occurring in the advisory area. Between 4 and 7
inches of rain had fallen.
- Continue to heed road closures and monitor for any additional
rise in local creeks and streams with lingering runoff.

Boerne, Fair Oaks Ranch, Sisterdale, Kreutzberg, Walnut
Grove, Welfare, Waring, Nelson City, Kendalia, Bergheim,
Guadalupe River State Park, Spring Branch and Crown.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
