* WHAT...Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Bandera, Bexar, Kendall and Medina. * WHEN...Until 1145 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1039 AM CDT, Emergency management had reported water rescues, several low water crossing closures and thunderstorms that had previously produce heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding continues across the advisory area. - Continue to heed remaining road closures and monitor for rises in any local creeks or streams with continued runoff. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes, Fair Oaks Ranch, Cross Mountain, Kronkosky State Natural Area, Pipe Creek, Government Canyon State Natural Area, Lakehills, Bandera Falls, Leon Springs, The Dominion, Grey Forest, San Geronimo, Scenic Oaks, Lake Medina Shores and Cascade Caverns. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
