* WHAT...Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Maverick. * WHEN...Until 200 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1058 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to earlier thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the advisory area. - Continue to heed road closures and monitor for any additional rise in local creeks and streams with lingering runoff. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eagle Pass, Chula Vista, Paloma, Rosita, Elm Creek, Siesta Acres, Fabrica, Seco Mines, Las Quintas Fronterizas and Eidson Road. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
