* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Flow exceeds lowest sections of the banks.

- At 4:05 AM CDT Monday the stage was 3.2 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this afternoon to a crest of 8.1 feet late this afternoon. It
will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
