For the San Antonio River...including Goliad...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...San Antonio River at Goliad. * WHEN...From late Thursday night to Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Impact...At 25.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs, with water in the lowest areas of Goliad State Park. Livestock below Goliad to the Guadalupe River confluence are cut off and potentially drown. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 4.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Friday morning to a crest of 25.4 feet early Friday afternoon.
