* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Texas, including the following county, Harris. * WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 210 PM CDT, The public reported flooding of streets in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
