* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and south central Texas, including the following counties, in north central Texas, Bell, Coryell, Falls and Lampasas. In northeast Texas, Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Isolated totals in excess of 5 inches will be possible through Monday. - weather.gov/safety/flood
