* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Addison, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Franklin, Lamoille,
Orange, Orleans, and Washington Counties in Vermont.
* WHEN...Through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall of 1 to 2 inches, locally up to 3 inches, in a
1 to 3 hour timeframe. This may cause flash flooding,
especially if rain falls over areas that recently received
heavy rainfall.
