* Until 1030 AM MST /1030 AM PDT/.
* At 808 AM MST /808 AM PDT/, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain falling across the warned area. Between 0.75
and 1.75 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up
to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Blythe, Nicholls Warm Springs, Palo Verde, Blythe Airport, Ripley

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
