and Santa Rosa Counties.
For the Blackwater River...including Upper Blackwater River, Baker...
Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker.
* WHEN...Until late Monday night.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Some residential flooding occurs downstream
from the Highway 4 bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this
evening to a crest of 16.7 feet early Sunday morning. It will
then fall below flood stage Monday evening.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
