Florida...
Yellow River At Milligan affecting Okaloosa, Santa Rosa and
Covington Counties.
For the Yellow River...including Milligan...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Yellow River at Milligan.
* WHEN...From Sunday evening to Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Water threatens home on Ellis and Antioch
Roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 7.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
tomorrow evening to a crest of 13.2 feet early Monday afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.
