For the Blackwater River...including Upper Blackwater River, Baker... Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker. * WHEN...Until Monday evening. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Some residential flooding occurs downstream from the Highway 4 bridge. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon and continue falling to 4.4 feet Friday morning. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
