At 1148 AM EDT/1048 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Clayton to 8 miles south of Georgetown. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Cuthbert, Georgetown, Wire Bridge, Standleys Store, Watson Crossroads, Scottsboro Crossroads, Double Bridges, Crossroads, Ricks Place, Thomas Mill Creek, Hatcher, Morris, Benevolence, Springvale, Cotton Hill, Wades, Days Crossroads, Springvale Station, Otho, and Peterson Hill.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
