Description: 
Rainfall is beginning to let up across the area but stream levels remain elevated and some minor overflow and ponding of water is still expected. Conditions are expected to gradually improve. * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Greene and Sumter. * WHEN...Until 115 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. River or stream flows are elevated. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1159 AM CDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Livingston, Eutaw, York, Cuba, Boligee, Union, Gainesville, Epes, Emelle, The University Of West Alabama, Bluffport, Boyd, Tishabee, Coatopa, Dug Hill, Allison, New West Greene, West Greene, Panola and Kinterbish.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
