Description: 
Periods of very heavy rain will move through the advisory area this afternoon and create dangerous driving conditions. Ponding of water in poor drainage areas is also expected along with some minor overflow in small streams and ditches. * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of central Alabama, including the following counties, Barbour, Chambers, Lee, Macon and Russell. * WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 138 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
