Description:
At 1028 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Ashby, or 8 miles west of Jemison, moving north at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Calera, Montevallo, Jemison, Wilton, University Of Montevallo, Ashby,
Brierfield Ironworks Park, American Village, Minooka Park, and
Dogwood.
Instruction:
