Description:
At 745 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Smith Dam to near Berry. Movement was southeast
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Jasper, Sumiton, Cordova, Dora, Carbon Hill, Parrish, Oakman, Sipsey,
West Jefferson, Kansas, Nauvoo, Eldridge, Curry, Gorgas Steam Plant,
Gorgas, Rocky Hollow, Burnwell, Beloit, Quinton, and Lynns Park.
