* WHAT...South winds 40 to 50 mph with gusts up to 75 mph possible. * WHERE...Pribilof Islands. * WHEN...From late tonight through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a 20 to 30 percent chance that gusts will reach the high wind threshold of 75 mph or greater. However, confidence is increasing that the highest gusts will remain below 75 mph, likely ranging from 60 to 70 mph.
