Description:
* WHAT...South winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arizona, southeast California, and
southern Nevada.
* WHEN...From 5 AM PDT /5 AM MST/ to 8 PM PDT /8 PM MST/ Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
