Description: 
At 532 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain has ended over the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain fell earlier today. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, normally dry washes, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Tailhoit Mesa, Denny Mountain, Hyde Creek Mountain, Walnut Creek Ranger Station, Apache Creek Wilderness and Juniper Mesa Wilderness. This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Horse Wash, Graver Wash, Cottonwood Canyon, Walnut Creek, Mint Wash, Apache Creek, Hyde Creek, South Fork Walnut Creek, Strickland Wash, Big Chino Wash, Pine Creek, Quartz Lead Wash, Mud Tank Wash, Deep Canyon, Hitt Wash, Dillon Wash, Humphrey Wash, Muddy Creek, North Fork Walnut Creek, Smith Canyon, Round Valley Wash, Antelope Wash, Stinson Wash, Williamson Valley Wash, Turkey Canyon and Indian Springs Wash.
Instruction: 
Flooding of washes and creeks will occur, some dirt roads will become muddy and impassable. Paved roads and underpasses could become flooded as well.
