Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Yavapai County in west central Arizona... * WHEN...Until 515 PM MST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in creeks and normally dry washes is imminent or occurring. Dangerous flooding over low-water crossings. Ponding of water on interstates, highways and in urban areas will create hazardous travel conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 258 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had come to an end across the advisory area. Earlier, radar estimated between 1 and 2 inches of rain had fallen. As a result, minor flooding is still likely in the advisory area. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers... Little Ash Creek, Dry Creek, Hackberry Wash, Cienega Creek, Racetrack Wash, Verde River, Ash Creek and Osborne Spring Wash. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Flower Pot and Cedar Mill. - This includes Interstate 17 between mile markers 269 and 279. - Additional information is available at weather.gov/flagstaff.
Instruction: 
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads. Low water crossings will become dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route.
