East Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona... * Until 645 PM MST. * At 448 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.8 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Drexel Heights and South Tucson. This includes the following highways... Interstate 19 between mile markers 59 and 62. Route 86 between mile markers 170 and 171. Interstate 10 between mile markers 261 and 265. This includes the following Flash Flood Prone Locations... Santa Clara Ave at El Vado Wash.
