At 1106 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from over McLeod to 9 miles south of Marshall, or extending from 15 miles southeast of Atlanta to 9 miles south of Marshall, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Shreveport, Bossier City, Marshall, Vivian, Hallsville, Greenwood, Blanchard, Waskom, Jefferson, Benton, Plain Dealing, Oil City, Mooringsport, Hosston, Rodessa, Belcher, Ida, Gilliam, Karnack and Smithland.
