* WHAT...Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Delta and along Interstate 80, Carquinez Straight, and
vicinity Valley locations south of Interstate
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 7 AM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and any
seasonal decor. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds expected overnight.
