Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...San Bernardino County in southern California, including
Highway 95 just south of the Nevada state line.
* WHEN...Until 345 PM PDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1249 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen.

Mainly rural areas of San Bernardino and Southern Clark Counties.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
