Description:
* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with high temperatures reaching
the upper 80s to low 90s with limited overnight cooling.
* WHERE...Orange County Coastal Areas and San Diego County Coastal
Areas.
* WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat events.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The combination of hot daytime temperatures
with overnight temperatures struggling to drop below the lower 70s
will especially affect those without access to air conditioning.
Instruction:
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.
