Description:
* WHAT...For eastern portions of the valleys, northeast to east winds
20 to 30 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph expected. For the western
valleys, more localized wind gusts 25 to 35 mph.
* WHERE...San Diego County Valleys.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult for
high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
