* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
possible. Gusts to 65 mph on the coastal slopes of the mountains.
* WHERE...San Diego County Mountains and San Diego County Valleys.
* WHEN...From Thursday morning through Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.
Instruction:
Monitor the latest forecasts and warnings for updates. Protect
property that may be damaged from high winds.
