Description:
At 622 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Hillrose, or 17 miles northeast of Fort Morgan, moving
east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Merino, Hillrose, Prewitt Reservoir, Snyder, Messex, Union and
Fremont Butte.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
