Description:
Scattered showers, along with a few embedded thunderstorms, will
continue move south and west across Kiowa, Prowers, Baca, Bent,
Otero, and eastern Las Animas counties through the late morning.
These showers and storms will bring periods of heavy rain, along
with strong winds of 40 to 50 mph. Watch out for ponding of water
on roadways and pockets of low visibility due to the heavy rain
and gusty winds.
