possible.
* WHERE...Portions of eastern Connecticut and south central
Massachusetts.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of low-lying and
flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and
urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Isolated heavy downpour this afternoon over saturated grounds may
lead to isolated instances of flash flooding.
