Description:
Mostly sunny and breezy conditions are expected today across
northern Connecticut. Forecast westerly wind gusts are in the 30
to 40 mph range, with lowest relative humidities around 40
percent. These conditions, when combined with the lack of recent
significant rainfall, will lead to elevated fire weather concerns.
Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition sources such
as matches or cigarettes.
