Description:
At 510 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles south of Du Pont to near Mayday to
near I-75 At Exit 16. Movement was south at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Lake Park, Lakeland, Quitman, Valdosta, Hahira, Ray City, Pavo, I-75
At Exit 16, Moody Air Force Base, Remerton, Meigs, Dasher, Morven,
New Lois, Barretts, Hamburg, Pinetta, Hansell, Lovett, and Nankin.
