Description:
At 449 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Jasper to near Live Oak. Movement was east
at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground
lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is
occurring.
Locations impacted include...
Lake City, Live Oak, Jasper, White Springs, Suwannee Springs,
Winfield, Suwannee Valley, Belmont, Mcalpin, and Wellborn.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
