For the Shoal River...including Crestview...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From Saturday evening to late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 8.5 feet, Water in yards on Sowel Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 6.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening to a crest of 8.7 feet early Sunday afternoon.
