Description:
At 235 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Alapaha to near Pearson. Movement was east
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground
lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is
occurring.
Locations impacted include...
Pearson, Willacoochee, and Axson.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
