Description:
At 433 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Offerman, or near Patterson, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and excessive cloud-to-ground
lightning.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is
occurring.
Locations impacted include...
Patterson, Screven, Offerman, and Hortense.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
