Description:
* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Guam northward from Cross Island Road...
* WHEN...Until 845 AM ChST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 648 AM ChST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.6 to 1.2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dededo, Tamuning, Yigo, Mangilao, Chalan Pago-Ordot, Barrigada,
Yona, Hagatna Heights, Andersen AFB, Mongmong- Toto-Maite,
Sinajana, Asan and Piti.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
