Description:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.
* WHEN...Through late Sunday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Moist monsoon inflow into Tropical Storm Choi-wan (26W) will
continue to create locally heavy showers, scattered for Guam and
Rota, and scattered to categorical for Tinian and Saipan.
