possible.

* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Shower coverage has decreased to scattered across the Marianas.
Locally brief downpours will be possible through Tuesday, but
Flash Flooding is no longer expected.
